The king in the mist act 1 (Cruel) not giving +30 spirit

I was able to get the +30 spirit from normal act1 but the +30 spirit isn't there in cruel. Is this intended?

I also did not get the item granting +30 spirit from Cruel King in the Mists. I believe that it's a bug since we are supposed to get spirit in every act (i think?).

my party member encounter the same bug in normal difficulty, now we are in act 2 and he realized he cannot use the spirit skill because he didn’t get the 30 spirit stat. We ran the quest again and the green quest item does not drop , game play affecting but since he’s cut off of an important skill slot

Just happened to me aswell, it's a bit rough but it's also the first bug I've encountered so far so I cant complain

I am also having this issue. I attempted to re-enter the area and no item dropped on my next kill of him.

Hope they find a way to fix it. I didn't get the skull as well in act 1. I don't want to restart...

This is not a bug.
You will get 100 Spirit in total. Act 1 normal: 30 Act 3 normal: 30 Act 3 cruel: 40 |
