The king in the mist act 1 (Cruel) not giving +30 spirit

Yes, it is a bug. There are people who are not receiving the drop, or ones who receive the drop and are still not awarded the spirit. I do not have 30 spirit when everything is unequipped, the only source is from my scepter on my witch. I have run the same area 10+ times to see if it would fix it, but it has not.

(EDIT) To clarify, I killed him in act I normal, which is where I should have gotten my first thirty spirit.

I played both Ranger and Mercenary runs and I did not get the Spirit drops from these bosses.I only have spirit from amulet.

This happened to me too. I’m so disappointed and it never dropped!

Forgot to update. The spirit items are there but are hard to see and click on them to pick up, especially if you are on controller. The item is also inconveniently dropped behind the ritual altar. Good thing is that you can still go back and get it if you haven't picked it up the first time. I got it from both King of the Mists and the Witch in Act 3, normal, when I was already in Act 3 Cruel.
