POE2 can't access the map device

Same issue.
Finished campaign, can't interact with map device. Managed to use it once by switching to Texas (I'm from EU), after completing it I can no longer use the map device.

I also have the same problem with map device... i finish the acts and the map device is not opening. Any solutions?

Joining friends party kinda worked for me.

It allowed me to use the map device which then dc'd me while trying to enter a portal. Then i tried swapping servers which didnt work. Then i rejoined my friends party again and went into the ziggurat refuge and it let me into the portals. I'd def recommend rushing the hideout node for maps, since it seems the refuge is bugged af.
