[bug] Windowed Fullscreen mode problems with left hand taskbar

This issue is still happening, I'm on Windows 10 and using the taskbar on top.

I am really considering to stop playing because this brings so much annoyance

You know what, i think this is people's issues with trying to tweek beyond normal standards. I use win 7 pro 64 and no issue and my task bar is on the left side, been like that for years now. And I use dual monitors. Maybe i actually set up my dual monitors correctly? Or maybe I didn't try to over-finesse the system? No clue buy yea, I dunno why yall have problems and I don't. It's all hearsay though. Just so odd to have a exact same configuration and not have the issues that others had with this. Amusing.

After reading this thread, i found a very simple workaround: I just put my taskbar to the standard position and when i switched to windowed fullscreen, it suddenly worked fine. Then, i alt+tabbed to windows, moved the taskbar back to the side and the game window stayed in the right position. Didn't try restarting the client yet but as i've been playing with a left-side start menu and borderless window without amy problems for as long as i can remember and the problem only appeared when i reinstalled poe on my laptop, i assume that i won't have to do this again every time i restart the game...

I am experiencing this issue on a brand new Win10 Professional install. I keep my taskbar to the left.

The funny thing is, this worked fine on the previous Win7 setup with the same hardware (aside from different hard drives).

Really annoying.

Also, for those claiming that this is "non-standard" or just weird, please stop commenting on things you obviously don't have experience with. This feature of Windows has existed since wayback, maybe even Windows 95.

windows 10 x64, taskbar on top, same issue with whole poe window shifting down. No problems when taskbar is at the bottom.

I get this issue and my taskbar is on the bottom of the screen. I also cant force my game to a certain screen without having to set it as my main/primary monitor. Guess i'm done playing this game.
