If you have a gaming keyboard with a high polling rate, try changing the keyboard's USB port from 2.0 to 3.0. This change fixed my issue.

Have noticed this with Ice Strike as well. For a few seconds you can't attack. Everything else works.

OMG thought I was losing my mind. This cause me to get surrounded like in a Ritual and cant hit anyone. and I have 100% hot on main hand

not knowing if theres been looked into makes me nervous. game is unplayable for a lot of people as we're afraid to juice maps ... |
