It's not a user issue that we can fix. Go look at the bug report thread with over 84+ pages. This is a widespread issues of the game literally freezing people PCs, they've troubleshooted over a dozen different solutions with no fix

Well lucky they never hired you because casting SrS on top of arsenists makes no sense when they are auto cast with flamewall on top. #
