POE2 - Cannot do Trial of Chaos, did not receive Inscribed Ultimatum from Chimaera boss

How did this not make it into 0.1.1? seems like a pretty important bug since it bricks your character. Fix your game GGG

this bug happened to me but in a different way than a full inventory. i had a finger twitch and double clicked 'open' when i had the ultimatum in the altar. fyi if you click open, it will then change the button to 'close', which i hit instantly after opening it. this deleted the item and made it impossible to progress. so be careful not to double click i guess.

Got the same problem.

Work Around: I just bought a low lvl Inscribed Ultimatum from the Market and ran it. Worked out fine but if u die you need to buy a new one.

Same here! I remember getting the item from ground, but never seen it in my inventory :(
I found another ultimatum at the end of act 3 and I run the trial, but game broke on 3rd area and it dropped me out of the trial and also I lost the token, there was nothing in the altar.

Please fix chimera & these trials :(
