Support Email Response Delays

I have been waiting for over 5 days for their reply. It is simply unacceptable.
i have claimed all of the twitch drops but they are not showing up in game
been more than 7 days since i sent a contact support. no reply yet.
In my case i hve not gotten my 100 dollar pack on playstation for exile 2.

i included as many details i could think of. i refuse to play again until i get credit for my 100 dollar purchase via playstation network. played till lvl 7 and stopped

oddly they put 1000 points on my poe 1 game . sigh. yah, just for the record i post here as they surely are behind. i'm sure they' will get around to it some day. when they do the game will be patched better so i can wait. still, not real happy here.

I contacted support before the POE2 launch, and now I’m locked out of playing the game on Steam. This is a complete joke at this point—WTF is going on? No communication, no interaction, no updates—absolutely nothing.
All I ever hear is how great POE support is and how quickly they respond, but now the excuse is that they’re overloaded. So what? I’ve been waiting 18 days for a response—that’s way beyond reasonable. NEVER in my entire life have I experienced something like this.
Conclusion is money wasted on POE2, time wasted waiting.
I'm on of those impacted but this is understandable and I truly appreciate you guys for all the hard work and commitment to the game/community <3
friend of mine has been waiting for over 15 days to get his account unlocked after being hacked, we were hoping to play together on EA launch but hey, we're still waiting for a reply
Hoping GGG will get additional support members soon.

My main account got locked, so I can't play PoE 1 & 2.

After hearing that people wait half a month without a responce and any clue if the mail got lost or not, I suggest implementing a support ticket system like many others have. You have a specific site on web where you can post your ticket and check the status of that ticket.
Support by email has a early 2000s taste to me.
I don't have any access to my main account since november 28, how long it will take you to respond to my mail?
Cant play poe 1 or poe 2 for more than 2 weeks now....

GGG support is fantastic. For last 4 years all my tickets was answered in less than 4 hours.

If you don't skip math at your school, you must know how proportions work, the amount of the players that join to PoE2 EA was unexpected, and GGG told us so.

The amount of tickets they've go literally multiplied at least x20-50. That means that for the the same quality of customer support they need to create a bigger team and it is impossible to make it fast. Just be patient as most of us do. Let them do their job, there is no such company in the gaming industry that deserves a trust credit more than GGG.
