As I mentioned in another thread, I can't keep up trying to help because a new thread about this is being made every time I look away, several each day, oof.
https://www.poe2wiki.net/wiki/Ascension_trials Cruel 2 is not a quest for the Third Set of Ascendency points. Technically the quest shouldn't even show up, I wager, if you have already done it in Normal 2, but it's EA and one day, we won't even HAVE a Cruel set of Acts (which will likely resolve this entire issue). So if you are reporting that you are proceeding with this particular, shown-but-not-viable quest in Cruel 2 in expectation that it is for your third Ascension, it's not. You can skip it entirely and keep going. |

same issue for me can't access cruel trials can only travel there in normal

I'm level 71. I'm beyond ready to get my 3rd ascendancy but can't because of this bugged quest. I'm in Cruel (actually in post game doing maps) but can only to level 22 version of the trial. I've even dropped completed TWO Djinn Barya level 63 with number of trial as 3, and has the note "Completing this trial will allow you to choose you Ascendancy Class" but on completion, nothing.
Please, for the love of all that is holy, don't make such an important core aspect of the game so needlessly convoluted. |
