Tier Changes on Economy update - v0.9.88 - 20/05/2025
- The Currency and Uniques Tier Lists now show when an item moved up or down a tier since the last Economy update. Hovering over the up - or down errow shows the previous value, the previous value adjusted for inflation (the increase in Exalt value of a Divine), and the current value, each with their respective tier. You might use this to adjust your endgame currency-making strategy, or, in case of the Uniques tab, it could point you towards newly discovered interesting build options. - Fixed a bug where Rune Filter Exceptions were not properly styled (thanks YaourtGG). - Fixed a bug where *all socketables* were targeted in Custom and Custmo targeting *all Talismans*, *Runes* or *Soul Cores*. This will now work properly (thanks Zavenoa). ![]() Author of http://poe2filter.com/ - A Path of Exile 2 Custom Filter Generation Website

Hotfix v0.9.88b
- Fixed a bug where highlight or sound settings would be initialized to invalid values if you picked them from the Style Dialog where no highlight or sound value was set before (thanks Flying_Mage) - Slightly better support for mobile devices (for all you console players). Everything should again render decently until the minimum of 528px of width. Some features like Custom (Cosmetic) Rules are currently disabled on small screens (try holding your device horizontal) (thanks fearisouronlyg0d). - Fixed a bug where the (?) help tooltips weren't closable on mobile devices. Currency stacks, Flask filters rework - v0.9.89 - 23/05/2025
- When currency (like Splinters and low-level Distilled Emotions) drops in a stack, it will now be moved one tier higher for a stack size of 3 or more, and two tiers higher for a stack size of 10 or more. - Reworked the Flask Quick Filters. Since we can salvage flasks it no longer makes sense to filter on the quality of one particular flask. Instead, you can now create an exception for *any* Flask with Quality. ![]() ![]() Author of http://poe2filter.com/ - A Path of Exile 2 Custom Filter Generation Website

As someone very new to filters there's some features that i really want and would make my life a lot easier if it was implemented
1 - Let us create our own tiers, give me the option to make an A to Z tier, which may not be intuitive for many ppl but i'd love to have that personally 2 - Why is scroll of wisdom in F-tier? We can hide transmutation shards without putting them into a tier, but we can't do the same thing with scroll of wisdom, like i said i want to have as many tiers as i can, and not being able to remove scroll of wisdom from F-tier limits my options 3 - It should be more intuitive to hide all normal flasks/charms, but show any flask or charm if they have quality on them, i had to make a custom rule for that bcs the filter automatically hid a charm with quality from me, i think this could be more intuitive 4 - Let us see "all" items on the tier list, my problem right now is that the keys found on the trial of sekkemas are placed in different tiers by default, and i wanted to put them into the same tier, but it doesn't give me the option to do that, which is a really small thing but it honestly bother me having them in different tiers with different colors The reason i think i want so many tiers is that i want to make items have different colors, like having cyan for skills gem and gem prisms, maybe i don't need a whole tier just for that, but i don't know how to do that in any other way Last edited by Vyend#2601 on May 24, 2025, 6:18:43 AM

Hey, thanks for the feedback!
" Scroll of Wisdom is only in F-Tier (hidden) if you chose to hide it on the Quick Filters. That's why it's displayed 'greyed out', and if you hover over the (?) next to it, it mentions this: 'Hidden by Quick Filters'. If you uncheck 'Hide Scrolls of Wisdom', you can put them in any tier you want; same for currency hidden by the 'Hide Currency' Quick Filter. The reason why I do this is because I feel it's very important to have hiding scrolls and other low-level currency be on the first page, very easy to find. It's one of the first things anyone looks for, and one of the most used filters. 95% of users of the tool never even make it to the Tier List page. I can't tuck away important features behind one of the tabs. You should be able to do everything with just the Quick Filters; the rest should just be fine-tuning. " Hm, have you checked the last version, 0.9.89? This reworks the Flask & Charm section. For Charms, nothing changed: you can still make charm exceptions where you can specify a minimum quality. Note that you can't increase Charms' quality with Baubles; so you have to find the charm with the quality. And quality charms are so rare it doesn't make sense to look for them to sacrifice them just for the Baubles. For Flasks: this should work the way you describe now, making it easier to salvage Quality flasks for Baubles. " Hm, I could indeed probably treat Sekhema Keys as other currency; which would allow you to divide them over the tiers. Will add to todo list. Not sure why you'd want to treat them all as the same tier though. If it's to give them all a similar (label) style, indeed you'd currently have to create a ('Partial') Custom Cosmetic Rule with under 'Advanced Conditions' the 'Types' set to "Bronze Key" "Silver Key" "Gold Key". If I add the keys as actual item types, it'll be easier to select them. But I'd have to look into how hard that is; they might not have their own dedicated class. " You could do that using 2 ('Partial') Custom Cosmetic Rules; one for all Skill Gems and one for Prisms. Note that the Cyan used for them in PoE1 isn't used in PoE2 anymore, but the tool still lists it as one of the default colors, so it's easy to pick. " I'll try some of the custom rules you mentioned later, ty so much for the tips and for responding to my feedback in general For me loot filters are more about the visuals than anything else right now, like sorting through rarity or value is pretty good and smart, but the visual aspect is what is intuitive to me, that's why i decided to try this filter since its very minimalistic and sticks to the default label style as much as possible, it looks better this way and also bcs i don't have to learn how to change a bunch of stuff at the same time, i found this filter easier to use in comparison to the other popular choices and i feel like i'm pretty close at making the filter look and behave exactly as i want |

Filter-bound tier changes, Copy sections, Class-specific Uniques, S+ Tier removed - v0.9.90 - 26/05/2025
Heads up! From now on, tiering mode and manual changes to which tier an item belongs to are stored on a per-filter basis, not globally. You can copy/paste these and other settings to all your filters using the Change Filter Dialog. Tiering mode and Manual Tier changes saved per filter From now on, when you change your Tiering mode, and when you manually change the tier of Currency, Uniques, Chance Bases or Gear Base Types, these changes are stored on a per-filter basis. This allows you for instance to use different tiers for early-, mid- and late-game. The first time you load one of your Stored Filters, it will be initialized with the the tiering mode you had last used, and any manually changed item tiers up until now. Apply Stored Filter Sections to other filters On the Filter Selection Dialog, opened by clicking the (Change) link on the top-right-hand corner of the page, you can now copy and apply sections from one stored filter to another. For instance, you only have to change Tier Cosmetics, Custom Cosmetic Rules or Custom Rules in one of your filters, to then copy and apply that section to your other filters. First, click on the 'upload' icon of the filter you want to copy sections *from*, then on the 'download' icon from the filter you want to apply any section *to*. This will open a dialog where you can select the sections you want to apply. Class-specific Uniques You can now add common but often used Class-specific Uniques and their base types to a separate 'Potential Class-specific' Uniques and Chance Base tier. This is particularly useful in SSF. You can add classes in several ways: under the 'Highlight Uniques and Chance Bases' section of the Quick Filters; when choosing a class either during the tutorial or using the Presets dialog; or directly on the Uniques or Chance Bases Tier List tabs. The lists per class are pulled in from https://poe2.ninja/builds (with permission); based on all Uniques used by any of the ascendencies of the class, which appear in more than 1% of the builds. S+ Tier removed The S+ tier was removed again, for a couple of reasons. First, you would always want to pick up S or S+ tier items anyway, you'd always want to be notified of them in the most obvious way. Also, S+ was always a bit of a silly name; but adding yet another letter to the list felt a bit over the top too. Additionally, removing a tier clears up one of the (default) colors -- either brown or red. We decided to make A-Tier red instead of brown; so that brown is now (by default) used solely for any Unique or Chance Base items. Of course, changing A-Tier back to brown is only a few clicks away using the Cosmetic tab. We migrated your S-Tier style to the current A-Tier, and your S+Tier style to your current S-Tier. Other changes - The 'Searching' Chance Bases tier now only contains the 5 base types which have the highest average value of the Uniques they can turn into. The next 10 are put in 'Potential'. - It is now easier to drag items from one Tier column to another, since the entire column is considered a valid 'drop zone', not just the part where there is content. - Uniques and Chance Bases explicitly moved to the 'Other' tier are now always shown there. - Slightly changed the Cosmetic Presets: 'Larger' now uses the same 'Large' label size for *all* selected tiers for a more consistent look. And the highlighted background colors are now slightly transparent, just like the default black ones. To compensate, they're a bit brighter. - Djinn Baryas now also receive a default value of 0.25 ex, like Inscribed Ultimatums, so they appear next to each other and are easier to move around on the Currency Tier List. - Some visual and usability improvements to the Filter Selector Dialog. - Tweaked some default filter values to be more forgiving when used as-is. - Fixed some bugs where switching between filters, importing a filter or resetting the filter would not always update all tabs. ![]() ![]() ![]() Author of http://poe2filter.com/ - A Path of Exile 2 Custom Filter Generation Website Last edited by BlackDeathBE#0559 on May 26, 2025, 11:17:43 AM

Is there a way to hide or modify the highlight for gold?
"Stacks 20 times higher will be highlighted in white, 100 times higher in yellow." I'd like to remove this from my filter bcs the game has a lot of areas with gold on the ground that are like 12 or 13 gold, so i only want to hide anything below 10 gold Even 200 gold gets highlighted because of this and that's not a lot in endgame, if it was 2000 or 20000 that'd be a different story Last edited by Vyend#2601 on Jun 1, 2025, 7:16:32 PM

I could make that highlight behavior optional with an extra checkbox. Don't you think the current system and values make sense though? If you only want stacks of 2000 to be highlighted, you could put in a minimum of 100 (which is the default setting for the 'Late Endgame' preset).
Or I could add settings for how much larger the stacks should be to get highlighted. Of course you could also disable the rule and create your own (set of) rules for gold. Author of http://poe2filter.com/ - A Path of Exile 2 Custom Filter Generation Website
