If i hide stuff with custom rules, i can't see anymore items with quality, how can i solve that ? I took show quality items but i doesn't work :/

Edit: i solved it with the free rules

Strange, this should definitely work. Just tested with the default filter and it works. Could you contact me on Discord (https://discord.com/channels/1318728885403123722/1318728885403123725) so we can have a look together? Then I can copy over your exact filter and see what's going on.

Thank you for the hard work you've put into the site; it’s a fantastic tool. I have a suggestion for an improvement:

Could you add the ability to use the site in reverse? Specifically, allowing any filter (e.g., *.filter) to be edited directly within the interface. This would make customizing filters much more seamless.

Additionally, I would love to see an option to enable more colorful styles, similar to those commonly used on the FilterBlade tool. For example, a Divine Orb displayed with a white background and red text. I attempted to import this style as a custom filter, but it didn’t work—probably because of the structure in which filters are generated on your site.

If you're interested, I'd be happy to contribute by creating a pull request on GitHub. Let me know if you're open to collaboration, and I’d be glad to help. I am usually not on this forum, but you can reach me here https://www.linkedin.com/in/martinma89/.

Thank you again for your efforts; these changes would make an already excellent tool even better!

'Reverse engineering' a filter would require a completely different approach in the code, and conceptually, I'm afraid. But I think there are tools for that out there already.

Soon I'll definitely add 'custom styles' to the 'custom rules' section, so you can go nuts with colorful labels xD

I won't be adding different styles 'off-the-shelf' though, I'm too much in love with the default (D2-style) labels ;)

However, another thing I'm planning on adding soon, is an 'export' and 'import' functionality, where you can export your configuration, including custom styling, which others can then import and tweak to their liking.

Published a large new version with a complete overhaul of the quick filter structure. It now has 'exceptions' baked into many of the filters; so you can hide all jewellery, runes, flasks or charms except the ones you'd still like to find. I think this should cover most of the needs for 'Custom Rules'.

Unfortunately I again had to invalidate stored filters, sorry for that. I hope that from now on I'll just be able to upgrade them instead.

I tried to make everything more intuitive; group everything by item type: flasks & charms, currency, jewellery, and gear (weapons and armour). Hope you all like it, let me know if you have any remarks!

Additional changes:

- Split the filters for different jewellery types (amulets, rings, belts)
- Added the option to filter on Mana Flasks
- Added the option to still show specific runes
- Modified some of the default filter options
- Added export/import functionality
- Bugfix: added Quivers to the list of weapon typse which don't have Advanced or Expert versions

Hey, just want to say thank you for your job!
Awesome filter, i like default look of items, its perfect.
Only thing is missing is highlight tier items.
Are you by any chance going to make the same filter for PoE1?
Again, thanks a lot!

So I have no way of testing it cause I don't have either item but...

With the new way you have set up to hide life/mana flasks, will it hide the two unique flasks as well if we fully commit to hiding stuff on the filter?

No, uniques will not be hidden. Clarified that, thanks for noticing.

Good point! Moved Shields over to the Armour section. Since a lot of players will be looking for 'all' armour types except shields, I added a (default) 'All but Shields' option.

Anyone who had any existing Shield filters in the Weapons-section, should have them migrated automatically to the Armour-section.

Hello, maybe you can help me.

The filter was working fine before the update.

I have 'Hide Weapons And Armour' as Normal And Magic.

I am showing weapons/armour as magic/expert only, I have gold at +50, etc..

I downloaded the filter, put it into the correct folder, and selected it from the menu.

But it still shows everything? Am I making some sort of noob mistake?

Thank you very much,
Nick
