They answered me but I think they didn't see the email because they asked me the same thing I sent them. And they still haven't responded. xD

Waiting now 18 days for a response.

Yeah, same thing happened to me, back on December 9 (so it has been 22 days for me). I posted a topic here, too. $140 just gone.
This is wholly and completely unacceptable for GGG to keep people waiting this long for fixes to purchases that have failed to be delivered. |
