I bought a pack but didn't receive it in the game
" Damn this is such a bad look by GGG. I tried posting on Reddit my situation and it was instantly down voted out of the subreddit. I guess the best we can do is continue to bump this thread... |

Now at one month with no response.

In the end, what will happen? The truth is that I feel like my money has been stolen. Never in my life has a support platform taken so long to respond. It's people's money. They can't play with people's money. It's been more than a month and they still haven't taken responsibility. This is very serious.

I wish I had found these posts earlier, I'm already warning friends to be aware of what happened. A friend of mine even wanted to update his version to Lord of Ogham, but after that he will probably give up.
The worst thing is that we support the game and recommend it. I even bought the game for another friend as a gift, I set up a clan so we could play, and now I'm faced with a situation like this. I haven't gotten any answers, and now I find out that there are other people who have been neglected for days. It's sad and disappointing. I think this type of problem should be talked about more on social media, who knows, maybe they'll give it the attention it deserves. I apologize if there are any spelling errors, English is not my native language, I had to translate this text. |

" Really it is shocking. I thought I was doing the right thing by not reversing the 2nd charge on my credit card. I know now that was a mistake. GGG are not taking accountability and I've steered several friends away from any larger supporter pack. I'm very disappointed in GGG. A company which I have supported and been vocal about to my friends regarding their business model and ethos. Shameful handling of customers really. |

seems like they just ran off with our money.
no one will make them held accountable either because game companies apparently can't be wrong according to fanboys. |

Hey guys, I just wanted to leave a more candid message here regarding our current status and offer our apologies for the inconvenience imposed by these response delays.
We're currently experiencing higher player counts than we've ever had previously, and with that comes unprecedented amounts of inquiries to our support team. Our support staff has been working 24/7 since the announcement of Path of Exile 2's Early Access to respond to all users as soon as possible. Please rest assured we will get back to each and every one of you. I understand that no amount of words written, apologies offered, and gratitude for your patience offers respite from the issues at hand. However, I do want you to know that we are working on these issues regarding our response time. Thank you sincerely for your patience regarding this, and I'm very sorry that we have not been able to hold ourselves to the expected standards we have historically held in this regard. | |
Well they finally did it. They finally refunded my duplicate purchase!
Hopefully the rest of you are able to receive your resolution soon too. I'm trying my best to give GGG the benefit of the doubt moving forward but I still believe billing issues should be the highest priority and hopefully GGG are able to review their processes and allocate more resources towards prioritized support in this area. |

I'm glad they solved your problem bro, but mine is still pending, it's been a long time and the truth is the last package I bought was 400 dollars, and they still haven't given me a solution.

It's insane that their lack of staffing is holding your $400 hostage.
