In order to get rid of clearspeed meta cap global movement speed at 100% but make all skills instant so everything feels great.

PLEASE, PLEASE nerf these god dam on-death effects. Almost every single one of my deaths in maps was to that garbage. How can a single fire orb/bomb from a killed mob one shot me in a t12? I have max fire res and 2.2khp... How could you make on-death effects worse than in poe1? Actually baffling that you made these effects so much of an issue again... Especially since we lose our maps AND our league mechanic encounters when dying. Very bad design decision, that makes me not want to play the game anymore even though I have yet to fight the pinnacle bosses.

Did you guys just break the power charges on ice strike monks??? I've killed over 200 mobs and im not getting any power charges so now my charged staff is dead!!
