Account Merge and Currency Transfer Issue

Dear Path of Exile Support Team,

I hope this message finds you well.
I've tried sending this message to both support and support@grindinggear.com email, but there's no result or response anywhere.
Recently, I purchased 300 coins for Path of Exile 2 on Xbox, which granted me early access to the game. However, when I logged into the website, a new account, ClippYSnow#4639, was created under the another email.
Additionally, I purchased the same amount of currency on Steam for PC access. Unfortunately, my Steam account is linked to OldClippY#2886, where the funds were credited.
I am facing issues linking these accounts together. Could you please assist me in merging these accounts so that I have a single account with all 600 coins, and it is linked to both my Microsoft Xbox and Steam? I have access to both accounts and can provide any additional information if needed.

At the moment I don't want to start the game because I don't know on which account I should do this. But I really want to start the game as soon as possible. I'm fine with the data on the accounts being lost, I'm worried about the presence of coins and the correct login binding.

I just need one acc with all platforms.
OldClippY#2886 with 600 coins and connected to already connected steam and XBOX acc from ClippYSnow#4639.
Or disconnect XBOX from ClippYSnow#4639 I want to enjoy the game but I am confused.

No result in all appeals. I wrote to the email from two accounts, wrote directly from the website to support from two accounts, wrote on LinkedIn, created posts on the forums...

The only result is an automatic reply. I don't know what to do anymore; this is ridiculous.

Why isn't there a basic function to simply unlink accounts? This is nonsense, and I'm very disappointed.
Please respond and let people know that their requests are being processed! I can't even be sure that my request has reached you. Specify a timeframe within which I should expect a resolution. This is very frustrating.

Congratulations. I wrote them an email on Dec.7 with a similar issue. I didn't receive any reply.
