" Yep, I responded immediately too... It's so sad to wait for a reply for 2 weeks, then wait for another 3 weeks again. I don't understand why there isn't a simple function to unlink accounts. It's also very frustrating that they claim to have a huge number of requests, but it seems like they've created bots that send template responses on the forums and to my emails. At least, that's the impression I've gotten. I hope something is being done about my issue, but after reading the forums, I'm not very confident in that hope. This is demotivating and makes me not want to play, because cross-platform functionality is important to me. As it stands, I have 300 coins on each account and I'm not spending them because I'm worried they might disappear from both accounts depending on how the merge goes. |

I managed to come up with an intermediate solution. I just created another xbox account and connected it. The only thing is that I only have 300 coins at my disposal. But now I'm happy, because I can play cross-platform
