your account does not have access to path of exile 2 early access

It's not a problem with the keys, people bought, activated, played for hours and suddently lost their early access.
There are hundreds of people affected and GGG decide to go 1by1 through emails instead of a global fix, what a joke.

If the problem is not resolved after the holidays, the only option left is a class action lawsuit

I received an email response from GGG support.

Basically if you purchased on a website other than Steam or the POE website, you lose your money.

Same issue here. Thankfully, I contacted Instant Gaming support, and they said they'd refund me. Let's hope they follow through!

But now, when I try to buy the game on Steam, I get the message: 'If purchasing for yourself, you will not receive an extra copy of: Path of Exile 2.'

This means Steam knows I already have the game, which makes me a bit worried about buying it again and losing my money.

Anyone else encounter this?

Same after 30h the game said "Your account does not have access to Path of Exile 2 Early Access. Bribe a friend who has a spare key or purchase now".

La même je l'ai acheté le 22/12 et la plus rien comme si ma clé n'avait jamais existé alors que je l'ai acheté sur Instan Gaming.
