not recieving any mails from support

Hello, tried to link my steam account with my PoE account, tried to change email to somehow fix thats mails not coming to my email adress, but im not recieving anything. Please help me to unlink this bugged email adress and then link my steam to the game. Contacted support like 2-3 days before, got no responce.

its been a 8 days since i messaged support via mail and noone responced =)

same, very poor support, email them about my transaction issue, no one reply for 4 days. I bought their early access supporter pack and i don't get the 300 point on my main account, and the past few days I found out the point went to my sub-account instead of my main account, email support no one response. Wont do any microtransaction anymore for this game.

I been waiting since january 6th 2025 to get my problem fixed.
(which is not even difficult)
Only got 1 reply in that entire time after 15 days.
The one and only answer i got was on janury 21st 2025.
Since then, radio silence.

I somehow got 2 accounts registered to my email (i have no idea how), whilst i only need 1.
Bought stuff whilst on the wrong account and as a result i havent received the items i bought on my account.
Its been 3 months.
This is so far beyond ridiculous.

STILL GOT NO HELP, SOMEONE ANSWERED ME LIKE A WEEK AND A HALF AGO AND SAID: "ADD OUR EMAIL ADRESS TO FAVOURITE & CONTACTS SO IT WILL HELP".) tried this year ago and not helped./.................
