I been waiting since january 6th 2025 to get my problem fixed.
(which is not even difficult)
Only got 1 reply in that entire time after 15 days.
The one and only answer i got was on janury 21st 2025.
Since then, radio silence.
I somehow got 2 accounts registered to my email (i have no idea how), whilst i only need 1.
Bought stuff whilst on the wrong account and as a result i havent received the items i bought on my account.
Its been 3 months.
This is so far beyond ridiculous.
Same. Sent an email on Jan 19th and I did get a response in a day asking for details and since then no response. I did not send any follow up emails just waiting.
