Path of Exile 2 Early Access removed from my account

Hi all,

I wanted to report / vent about my purchase of Path of Exile 2's Early Access, and it being wiped from my account without any mention,

I paid for and activated the game with no issues, even playing up to the second boss, about 5 hours of gameplay,

Now it says that I do not own Path of Exile 2 Early Access and to buy an access key, and Grinding Gear Games has given no response to my request for support or my follow up to them. This is really disappointing, I was hoping to be able to play this game over the Christmas break.

Has anyone received any response whatsoever from GG's customer support about this issue, was it resolved for you?

Unfortunately, we aren't able to assist with this issue over the forums. Please contact us at support@grindinggear.com so we can look into this with you. Be sure to include your Path of Exile account name (including four-digit discriminator) as well as the names of a few of your characters so that we are best able to look into things with you.

If you obtained your early access through purchasing one of the Early Access packs, please also include the transaction ID of the purchase. This can usually be found alongside your receipt of payment provided to you by the payment processor you used.

If you obtained your early access by redeeming a key, then the key's status may have been revoked if the original purchase was refunded or charged back. If this is the case, you may want to reach out to whoever you received the key from to check with them regarding the validity of your key.
I have this exact same problem.
I bet waiting for email response is gonna take a long time. Please fix this because people paid for their game. FIX IT!
I have the same problem. I cannot even rebuy the supporter pack (just for the coins) because Xsolla gives me 3032 error.

I got the same problem since 2 hours. Just recently sent a ticket to them. i hope they'll reply soon.
The same thing happens to me today.

No emails or messages warning of anything.

I can't find any help either from grinding gear games or from the CD key retailer.

Shameful to leave customers like that.
