Path of Exile 2 Early Access removed from my account
Well frick, just got locked out as well. Sent Eneba a ticket, but doubt it will get resolved. Has anybody tried buying acces through grindinggear themselves afterwards? Do the our toons still excist? Or will we have to start anew

I also brought from Eneba and have lost access to my account :') I brought specifically from eneba because they're usually really good and I always saw them as quite trustworthy, now I've got major anxiety that they've took my money and I have no game. Some of us can't afford to buy the game two times. Sent eneba a ticket and hoping they respond soon. I also sent grinding gears a ticket as well but don't expect a reply anytime soon

same here, bought from [Removed by Support], got refunded very quickly, I suppose they get a lot of cases so they don't discuss.

hi i bought a key too from Gamivo but they all have the same problem so either most or all keys are faulty or there is another problem. As someone mentioned true some of us dont have the money to get a second one thats why we resorted to keys in the first place. Hope this gets resolved .

As mentioned by JC - If you obtained your early access by redeeming a key, then the key's status may have been revoked if the original purchase was refunded or charged back. If this is the case, you may want to reach out to whoever you received the key from to check with them regarding the validity of your key. | |
true for the validity but as i saw in the comments there is a problem with 3 different sites selling keys or with the system itself . My point is that i don't believe it has to do with the validity more like something else flagging them down in 3 or more different sites.

In the end the problem is with the key itself for my case and for others i assume because of the supplier of the keys .

I've got mine frome instantgaming the 20th of December or so. It was fine untill this year.
Once I've reached them with tihs problem, I got the refund within 10min. So it "works" |

I've tried re-linking the accounts, switching accounts on this very page when logging into the game, relogging, everything i could think of account related. So it's happened to me too. What about if we don't want to let go of our characters? I doubt the keys got revoked, the vendors have been trustworthy for years without problems. Or if so, revoked by whom? did GGG revoke them? Or could it be something else? Still hoping for a fix on this issue, would hate to lose all progress to be honest |

Your characters and progress are tied to your account, so if you regain access you'll still be able to play using them.
I'm afraid we aren't able to discuss details about a purchase that you did not make on your own account, so if your access key was obtained from a third party you'll need to contact them so they can check into the status of your key and find out why the access for that key may have been revoked. |
