Lost my Early access

Like in every other day i was just about to hop on-to the game, where after trying to log in I found a message that my account has no early access. Any ideas why?

I have the same issue but also my character is not showing in my account anymore I’ve sent email to them but no reply so far been 3 days with no info or reply im going crazy spent over 100+ hours in the game paid over 70$

I have the same problem, suddenly the login does not work anymore. Already played a lot but i can't see my character in my profile.

same sent email to support hours ago and no reponse seems like it takes days for a reponse when reading other posts
