URGENT: Locked Account.

Hi,

Like many others since launch of POE2 my account has been locked with no explanation given as to why. Can a support staff please explain what is going on here?

I have chosen to support your game in Early Access and this kind of treatment is not acceptable.

Please explain.

This issue is relating to Path of Exile 2 Early Access.

My account has been locked with no explanation. I am being told by people who had the same issue that this is possibly due to your system mistakenly assuming the game has been accessed from a different IP address, it wasn't as I have only ever accessed it from my personal gaming PC at home. Apparently your system was supposed to have emailed me a link to verify it was me who accessed the game.

I have bought the EA key straight through steam and hadn't created an account directly with this site and therefore you didn't have my email. Am I to assume you don't have access to my email via steam and were not able to email me the confirmation link to reactivate my account?

Can I directly PM you through here my steam account name and personal email so that you can just resend that link and I can get access to this game I have chosen to support in early access.

I work throughout the year and THIS TIME of the year is some of the only time I have to play during the holiday break and I am unable to do so.

Please work with me here as at this rate I will lose the whole period of my holiday to this issue.

I look forward to your prompt response.

Yes, my main account got locked. And I got probation on forum for showing evidence that a hacker was selling my stuff.
I got this issue right now. This is my first experience with this company. And to be honest, this is not a good look on them.

They need to sort this thing out really quickly. We paid for early access to play the game early and to beta test in order to know in game bugs but not this licensing issue.

This involves OUR money that we paid for the game, this company needs to fix this ASAP as many people are already experiencing this issue.
