i want REFUND cause the game is not playable and you are not FIXING anything

hey all
i try bomb skill with my first char. i start mapping when my bombs detonate i cant seee anything in screen tooo much blurry.
than i decide to make ranger with LA skill lower visual skill but its same in endgame you cant see shit.
After 150 hours playtime i want refund cause almost 1 month and u didnt fix anything not answering anytihng and u get our money for unplayable game.

Wait when some PC player come here and tell you you are overdramatic :D

Don't need to wait for pc player. I will tell you as a console player you got your moneys worth with 150 hours played. Just move on if you don't like it. They have always taken this break for holidays and will comeback and address thing when they return to office.

nah they cant sell broken game and go holiday like that .. if u buy broken eggs from shop u want refund or new ones right ?

but they re not offer anything. they didnt add item filter look item filter in 1 month !!
why tell me is that hard to add it ?
sure i like this game and want to play it but if they dont fix anything in 1 month develpoers make me dont play this game and delete it

I’m not dumb enough to purchase eggs without checking for breaks. Item filter wasn’t promised and they have been on holiday. Your terms and agreements covered what to expect as well as the hundreds of hours of interviews. The game was played over 150 hours for early access testing. The game is free on full release. If that’s all you got I promise you won’t be missed in this community. They have stated they are no where near ready for sync to be added and have been talking with neversink on possible solutions. Neversink has always done an amazing job with the filters even ggg wanted to hire him. They are trying to come up with a solution even if you’re oblivious to what’s going on.

I literally have been in the conversation. So you think that them optimizing PC so they can use loot filters but yet they didn't optimize Xbox PlayStation G-Force to use filters is okay when they made this game they told us that they would not ignore console players because they've had a history of that and yet here we are like I've told you before we understand that it's the holidays but these issues have been brought up before the holidays like why is my game running at 7 FPS. We are also voicing our grievances you are defending them for a crap job I appreciate GGG and I played the game for over 8 years but yet they're doing a terrible job and I'm going to tell him that and no matter what you say it doesn't matter because of how I feel how the game is performing isn't living up to what they want it what they told us it was going to be

Pc isn’t optimized at all build and mechanics drop their fps too. Consoles do not function like a pc so try understanding what you’re talking about. Crying about a refund when devouring 150 hours of in game. Imagine going to a restaurant and deciding 150 hours later you didn’t like the meal you ate. That’s essentially what this is so stop the bs. A statement was made about filters and y’all ignoring that. The game is exactly what they said it would be.
