i want REFUND cause the game is not playable and you are not FIXING anything
"the game is in Early Access that means it's not complete that means that they have to have somebody to test it out to tell them what is wrong with it what needs to be added everything and that's what we are we have paid to be game testers for them if you don't listen to your game testers is your game going to be that great no as soon as the streamers said oh this is wrong this needs to be fixed GGG was on top of that s***as long as it's console players telling them what's wrong they don't seem to listen so with PC having filters that means that they don't really care if we don't have them or not but if PC didn't have filters oh man GGG would be on top of that as soon as possible |

Do you have access to changing files on your console. Again massive difference between a pc and console but your ignorance blinds you. It’s not like they can just copy paste the filters from poe1. They are no where close to being ready to launch. Console will always be behind compared to pc. They have awaken Poe trade will have path of building and other sources. Stop trying to change the narrative of the post. Dude asked for a refund after clearly enjoying 150 hours of content. Refund should be denied.

"I literally went to college for programming I know how easy it would have been for them to implement some kind of in-game filter why do divines look like white items there is no reason for that they could have done something better. Last edited by PolarHippie#8267 on Dec 28, 2024, 7:54:43 PM

You’re still ignoring the fact I’m right about his refund. Yes they can change colors based off neversinks feedback when they return. However customizable filters are not going to happen anytime soon. Now we can move on and get the post back on topic of the requested refund. You conveniently focused on your narrative and not the focus of the post. Dude played for 150 hrs and can be upset but reality is entitled to no refund.

"I've seen plenty times in plenty games people have gotten refunds for not being satisfied. If they feel as if the developers are not acting in a timely manner. If you also feel like you bought a game that is not playable. Just because he spent 150 hrs doesn't mean it wasn't miserable or patiently waiting for fixes and finally got upset and made this post. |

" Its a Beta, not broken, you apparently didnt read what what you were buying. |

Hard to act in a timely manner when on holiday. Stop contradicting your statements. We understand they have time off. Yet you writing like they are in office. They don’t come back until January. You know programming but you’re ignoring certifications processes. If you actually read my responses to you apologizing to me in your dms for being out of line. If it’s not addressed after first patch after holiday you have grounds to call them out for neglecting console.

" I've done some research it seems that if there are a good amount of people that want a refund that will be your best bet. So I would search for others in the same boat. I wish you the best of luck. |

Read the post above ignore the other people. Put a case together if you want a refund with others that's probably your best chance. Good luck man.
