i want REFUND cause the game is not playable and you are not FIXING anything

How do you expect a guy to conclude the game is a hot mess if he didn't put in the hours? Yes, we realize it's beta. It doesn't mean you can sell you beta if it's unplayable. The game runs like crap, plays like crap, missing filters, massively unoptimized for consoles. It literally feels like they just ported an early build for PC. I remember how grueling it was for console PoE 1 in the early days, and that trend seems to continue. The guy has every right to demand a refund or a better job from the developers. White knights can take their shiny swords and shove em.

some of them commenting i enjoy 150 hours nah i make 2 endgame characters and both not playable on endgame is it fun or waste of time ?

hey bro its not about just refund im trying to make them to see us and realy they cant sell games like that and dont care about console players who gave you money .

its not only GGG most crossplatform games same like this they dont care console players. i will buy pc soon .. i bought my ps5 2 years ago and thats enough to see how they dont see us .
