Unacceptable Customer Service and Account Block

Mb send them a layer from loyer , that they don't provide the service
same probelm but other way to do things.
i have just send 1 email and asked for help. it took around 19 days to get a email back. thats bad but still they live and do somthing. if you search the forum you will find that the support is overloaded and if you search a little more you find out why, ppl send over 40 emails and make it more bad for themself and all others.
you can cry about it all day or just take it. in the end there is nothing else to do than wait it out :)
I'm waiting 5 weeks now to hear back.

AI era did not reach them yet

if they would categorize tickets... if they would be a bit more clever. they could rent 100 Indians to sort everything

like what did they expect. 1 million key soled... support will continue having same load??
That’s why i exclusively use Steam for payment. I would love to support the devs directly, but XSolla keeps trying to rip me off with their abysmal exchange rates, to the point that steam is actually cheaper. This „unauthorised charges” thing does not help their case.
+1 had the same happening on December 22th. Two 30$ purchases...
Support keeps beeing radio silent, my account stays locked.

This is a complete nightmare, I lost all my faith in GGG in one week. So sad...

Dear moderator we understand that however imagine your bank will tell you the same. sorry bro your account blocked without eta. what would you do ?

POE had a lot of time to be prepared and nothing will save you from bad feedbacks. instead of posting a public msg about your issues you continue hiding behind unworked support and forum templates.
