microtransaction problems mail support

for four days, no one has been responding to the Microtransactions problems that have occurred.
can the authorities please hear our voice?

Lets try the tens of thousands of support requests when they have a small support team, coupled with the hacked accounts issue that has been cropping up and with people loosing their EA access due to buying from dodgy key resellers Then to top it all off the holiday season.

It also dose not help that you have impatient people constantly seeking attention either demanding on the forums or just spamming email (which has the effect of delaying your ticket because each email resets your position in the queue)
