microtransaction problems mail support

is there no one authorized in the forum ? it's been on days. the email we sent will look at your help. he's only been looking at one extradition process for ten days.

we have left 9 days behind. we're still waiting.

Lets try the tens of thousands of support requests when they have a small support team, coupled with the hacked accounts issue that has been cropping up and with people loosing their EA access due to buying from dodgy key resellers Then to top it all off the holiday season.

It also dose not help that you have impatient people constantly seeking attention either demanding on the forums or just spamming email (which has the effect of delaying your ticket because each email resets your position in the queue)

on the other way ggg sell something . the time player need a ea access ggg is not anymore patient compare op , this user need too pay right aways not 11 day later , is 110% normal you expect what you pay for , the time op pay the money is good and the payment is working right ?, i think is fair to expect the same in return .

i just think is a total lack of respect . i have the same experience before and understand op frustrations , all ggg internal issue are not op problem , op honor is part of the deal ,

i really believe ggg support and moderation is the place they need to improve the most
