Nope, it's the majority. This is a fact. It's just numbers, there are sooooo many threads about 1 portal per map and exp loss(and both). By numberous different people, and different people agreeing and typing +1 on them.

The "vocal minority" is the same few people commenting on those threads just to argue and disagree for the sake of it,adding nothing of value to the discussion. Checkmate.

The first thing they will do is nerf warriors and buff the storm weaver builds a bit more.

There is no such thing as paid early access. Once a developer starts taking money from customers, the game is released. These games can only be in beta (free) or released (paid).

Once the public starts paying money, it opens up the developers to any and all criticism that may come with it. Right now, this game is horrible.

I don't think it's clear at all if it's a "vocal minority" without actual numbers—something like a sentiment analysis, deduplicated by username.

But also, saying that is such an overused way to just tell someone that their opinion doesn't matter. It's really annoying.

Whether or not it's "bad" is irrelevant. The point of feedback is to determine if people like it. And whether you like it or not, what you describe as "whining" is still feedback.

Your issue is not being entitled or not. I think you are simply dumb. I'm not trying to offend you. This is honestly my impression of you after reading your post. I mean it. Let's delve a bit deeper why my observation of you is a "dumb person".

They did not. They have been working on the game for YEARS. The fact that you have ignored all of that and claimed... I'll move on as everything I can say here will be offending. But leaving this sentence here just to add visibility and moving to a much more important fact about the situation we are in.

Things we know.

They have not released the game. This is not a game release. This is an early access to an unfinished product. We bought in an early access of an unfinished product. A BETA if you will. Literally half of the game is missing. Campaign, weapons, ascendancies, gems... They have said so as much. We can even see the placeholders in the game.

We also know it will take them 6 months to a year to finish the game. So, the game is not even nearly finished. It will be a long time before they reach that point. They have been clear about it. Very, very clear about it. An early access to a not even nearly finished product.

And it is working.
Servers are up.
Game is playable.
People are playing the game during holidays.

Yet here you are whining about them letting us play the game during the holidays while most of the staff is taking a vacation before they come back for an INTENSE year to finish the product.

Try to grasp what is ahead of them. Well, considering my initial observation, I think I have to type it out myself. They will try to finish this unfinished product (which we knowingly bought in) in 6-12 months. Now imagine how much effort they will have to put in. And try to imagine how much they NEED this vacation/family time. And no, they could not have taken a break a month or two later. During the Holidays, their loved ones are most likely also free to spend their time TOGETHER. Imagine that. I'm not optimistic but... Try. Maybe, just maybe you can do that.

The early access version of this unfinished product is so good, people are forgetting this fact; this is an unfinished product which is advertised as such. People are already comparing this unfinished version to already released games out there.

Criticizing the game, pointing out goods and bads, giving feedback for improvement is all good. In fact, it is beneficial, but this thread is not about any of it. This thread is essentially about a question:

Why did you let us play this playable unfinished product during holidays and enjoy ourselves?

Which is... The basis of my initial observation about you.

On a more personal side of things. Do I prefer being able to play the game during holidays in its current, unfinished state or would I prefer them to delay it for January?

Well, I prefer being able to play the game in its current state during holidays. And I'm confident there are hundreds of thousands of people who would prefer the same.

You've mistaken feedback with criticism and contributor with paid game. The game isn't horrible, you just picked a game that wasn't, or never will be, suited for you.
