I got mass reported and account locked due to mass reporting by trolls.

I did, but why is auto banning a thing?
A few friends could literally ban anyone just by coordinating a group report. |

After getting mass reported the game said I got muted for 24 hours, and a few moment later I got disconnected and account locked.
Is this permanent or not? Why is there no information about anything? |

Look, I am pissed off. I absolutely did not pay money to lose it by some stupid people that thinks abusing the automatic banning system is funny.

dont worry when you message support they will clarify what information you need to provide, in a week or so
