Do not have access to Old email and Cant login

POE has the worst customer support I have ever seen. I still not have been able to login to my account on the game even though I can log onto it in the forums. I dont have access to my old email account so I cant put the "unlock code" in even though I have the correct login information.

This issue has been ongoing since January and after a long email chain, I am still unable to login and it is nearly June. This is insane
