TOS are not law. They are a agreements between 2 private parts.. surprise.. if both parts agree any agreement can be ignored.

The simple answer is no. What have you witnessed in your life that makes you think that the average person can violate a law, let alone a rule in a TOS, as someone that is rich and famous and still be held to the same standard?

In this particular case, people outside of the gov't that have knowledge of gov't regs can make your life difficult. The more knowledge and connections they have within the gov't, along with free time, the more difficult they can make things for you. You cannot contemplate how difficult a person can make your life if they have enough free time to get you audited by whomever they feel like, especially if you own a business. Even if you aren't in the same country, a powerful enough person can make your life more difficult.

To go back to an old rule, don't pick a fight with the person that has the microphone. This individual has a very loud microphone that is also directly linked to the visibility of any and all businesses. Past that, it wouldn't take much to convince most people that it would be a PR move because of the current state of the game. Regardless, they would probably be banned from the platform. They are guaranteed a net loss in visibility.

So I ask again, what makes you think that you and this person will be treated the same, regardless of what contract you agreed to?

Just to clear this part up.. elon musk admitted to boosting/account sharing.

If boosting is against ToS then he needs punishment just like anyone else.. I'm not saying permaban.. but a week... Or maybe a few days.. just so he knows that's not aloud.

Now if GGG is purposely letting him break the rules of their game for publicity or anything of the sort.. well not all publicity is good publicity..

If you let people see someone boosting/account sharing without punishment.. they will do it too..

Basically if it is in ToS then punish him.. or remove it from ToS and let everyone get away with it..

If they don't say anything I'm definitely going be looking at GGG with a side eye

Here I am not taking ToS into account at all. You can do what ever you want about your contract. There is nothing written about you being able to breach someone else's contract.

A theory does work when it has own scope = limitation. If the scope of a theory has changed/expand, does that theory stop working ?

Yes and No.

Yes it still works under the scope before changes.
No it doesn't work under the scope after change.

Some one paid you 10 so everyone has to pay 10 to you ? That doesn't work. You CAN make it work but not by legitimization of your theory/delegitimization of others. That's pure scam.

And most importantly, scamming yourself ARROWED without limitation.
You do not have to let others abuse you.
