If Blatant Display of Boosting/RMT Doesn't Get Punished Im Never Taking the Game Seriously Again
" That's a given for me after these facts, i have been purchasing mtx since the release of PoE1, over the years i have been less inclined to do so each new release for multiple reasons, i had my hopes back up with PoE2 but this was a slap on the face and a fresh reminder of how things work, you could say this was the straw that broke the camel's back for me. Much has to change for me to consider to buy a pack ever again and i doubt they would want to go towards that direction. People like me were the foundation that was needed at the time, now we are just a small noise. I mostly made this post to reminder GGG that at the end of the day decisions like these may bring more profit margins to them, but to bear in mind that they are not just profits but a tradeoff. When You die on Softcore, you lose experience.

" This, shocker!!! 100% P2W model coming. Seen this from the patch notes if I am being honest. "The vision" is literally Diablo immortal with extra steps. 0.1 was to draw in the punters. 0.2 is One-two build meta to increase demand for meta Items. Abysmal drop rates to make progression through the campaign RNG based instead of skill. No crafting system. So many bots, scammers and flippers that the first 40 items of any sellable item are price fixers. 100+ spams putting an item on below RMT value. People openly using RMT's on twitch streams to show "its all good ya'll" to trade for real money. RMT's sponsored advertising on google and MS platforms. Illegal btw without direct permission of IP owners. Campaign so slow by the time an average player reaches endgame the RMT's run the entire economy. By the time the average player gets their first divine the RMT's are bulk trading mirrors. Do you understand the 90% player nerf now? Testing waters for the 4Q sweet spot. The trade system is being redesigned, especially the currency trade scam. They are looking into making similar changes to the item trade but cannot figure out how to screw you over and call it Christmas as yet. They are looking for a game just barely fun enough to keep people logging on and have enough P2W to capture the whales. Absolute pay to scam from a mile away. |
