If Blatant Display of Boosting/RMT Doesn't Get Punished Im Never Taking the Game Seriously Again
" You can't stop RMT as long as trading exists. And trading is a huge QOL making the game less boring (unless u like SSF then that's your own taste). GGG would need to thoroughly investigate each trade and ask why the trade is occuring which is a waste of time and resources. |

You can deal with a LOT of RMT with an auction house (buyout only) and having trading restrictions.

as expected, they just ignored it until nobody cares anymore.

" Not to mention if you say this extremely well known persons name you get your comment deleted for politics ???? Even if the context is purely related to the events of POE.. |

lol what are they going to do about it? Be realistic. I think they should implement a persistent self found mode which gets updates without character resets. But besides that there's not much they can do about RMT. They can't police every single suspicious trade which is happening.

" Actually they can but that takes effort and it will also harm their income from RMT. This studio is no different then the one behind tarkov. |

" Remove direct trade from the game and only allow trades over the exchange. They can make an exception for guilds, but force time limits to join guilds and to interact with their guild stuff and members. Let's say 1 week per person. Can't trade easily then RMT buyers will be annoyed enough to not bother and RMT sellers will be so hampered by the forced private guilds that will be needed to sell. Relevant again, another sullied ladder, lvl 99 amazon most likely hitting first 100 of 0.2 overall, nice running joke we are gonna have in poe2.
When You die on Softcore, you lose experience.
When you die on Hardcore, you gain experience. |

Don't buy their supporter pack then. A simple adage of mine is pre orders are a scam. Never buy something before you know it's good. If the game is good and you know mtx improves your experience eg stash tabs, do it.
Bit of a pessimistic take here, but don't give away money out of the kindness of your heart to corporations unless you don't care about the money. Assume the worst case scenario. Also like other people said it's you or the richest(?) guy in the world. Who are they gonna choose? He owns twitter as well. Last edited by Draagoburrtio#1034 on Apr 16, 2025, 4:24:07 PM
