Seller reliability status in Trade2 website

Despite the fact i have read about trading etiquette, i once did such bad move, without any intent to actually show any disrespect.

First mistake: i've contacted seller 30 minutes before server restart (to buy unidentified tier 5 crossbow)
They replied 15 minutes later, i've accepted party invite, jumped into hideout, waited for trade... And got trade invite with just unidentified crossbow w/o any tier mentioned on mouseover (later i've found thread in forums suggesting that's a bug). Got myself little bit uncertian, asked seller about item tier, they replied it IS t5 item. I wanted to reply them explaining i don't see any tier...
5 minutes until server restart!
Did a typo in player's name, got message "PLAYER DON'T EXIST", became extremely paranoid and rushed out.

Naturally got ignored.

Noob at it's finest, lol.
