For sure, if you make such fantasy world, but that is not gonna happen to poe2. Because the game is relevant.
And playerbase is far beyond anything poe1 managed to ever reach because poe2 is far superior game. po1 had stockholm syndrom players coming back to play some new content and they were gone in 1 month.
