Auction House when?

I personally don't mind not having an auction house, but I already know a handful of people that played early access who don't want to play again until there is an AH or instant trades. Too much time wasted or scammers.

I think GGG is missing a lot of revenue the longer they wait to add auction house.

It might make inflation worse though on higher tier items.

I would like this also, it makes no sense the current system is so antiquated and unfun to deal with. I am playing on trade and yet have not made a single trade because interacting with the system is so horrendous. People are most of the time afk, or I have the bad luck to have been afk if someone messaged.

Let us throw something up for sale and purchase things the same way every other major game does via AH/Marketboard w/e. Considering just running SSF for the coming season and seeing how I go there. At least I need not buy premium stash tabs because the singular one I do have is never getting use.

GGG do not want to provide support for those suffering scams and yet they insist on a system that leaves the most vulnerable players open to them, new players. Items and such can look so similar it can catch out a veteran, a new player being scammed is an easy and permantent quit moment.

As a loner, who loved D2, but never got very far on ladder, due to hating trading. . I agree

Give me an AH. Dealing with people is not my idea of fun.

Who wants to stand around a town trading, when you got mobs to kill?

+1 I hate the fact that i got to go through 9 scammers before i get a real trade forcing me to sit in town wasting time instead of playing

it sucks when you look up items in poe trade and keep massaging ppl tru the site than go ingame and wait for reply that never comes, than after a min or two you msg 2nd person and 3rd and 4th until you finaly after 15 minutes you manage to buy the item, its insane

Adding an auction house would disrupt RMT sales which in turn would disrupt GGG income which would in turn disrupt Tencent's bottom line.

The auction house exists on Chinese servers and the game is an RMT simulator.

GGG does not respect player time and therefore will never add the convenience of a functional auction house in any meaningful way.

Far to much money is made on RMT and GGG benefits directly.

As long as GGG refuse to add an AH yet design and balance around trade I cannot call this a long term game for me. The trading is absolute ass, there is no argument otherwise for me. I literally hate the time I have to take to try and trade and just play something else frankly.

On console, trade is nearly impossible unless you have a PC and/or phone too, it's just awful.

Just import the trade site functionality in-game, no outside URL required. Instant buy-outs, straight from your trade tab to other player and vice-versa.

While mapping you get a msg that something sold or was bought and now you can't wait to get back to hideout and check the AH.

*Man* I wish we had AH.
