Nope, if you google it, you'll see a whole bunch of Fortnite players (including myself) affected by it. Yesterday PoE froze my PC, today Fortnite did that.

I had the same issue, and I think I've managed to fix it. At the very least after 3 freezes in about an hour yesterday, I've been playing for 4 or 5 hours crash free this afternoon. Windows 11 2024H2, Ryzen 5800X, Geforce 3070 572.47 WHQL drivers.

I did a few things, but I think the most important thing that I did was uninstall the nvidia app that comes with the drivers. I was seeing a bunch of errors in the system event log related to the nvidia app failing to start a local container. Prior to uninstalling the nvidia app, I also enabled SVM (Secure Virtual Machine) support in my bios, but as that didn't make all of the error messages go away, I didn't test with that separately and just uninstalled the app entirely.

I'm currently running with DX12, but I don't think that's related, as I saw the freeze across DX11, DX12, and Vulcan prior to removing the nvidia app.

also experiencing full system freeze(about 30 seconds) into disconnect back to login screen. Windows 10 22H2

Have never had this happen before, been playing for years. Didnt have these freezes during settlers or necro settlers.

I have the same isue on poe 1 crash on loading screen pc frezze 30 seconds
i need to restart manually.. (poe1 uncrash app dont works)
poe2 works perfect...

This crash doesn't seem to be exclusive to windows 11, its happening with my game on linux mint using proton, vulkan renderer with amdgpu RADV/mesa drivers on rx6700. Previously disabling the first 2 cpu core affinities to the game would solve the crashes, but this no longer seems to be the case.

Im having the same problem, complete screen freeze and i need to reboot my pc.
Any news from ggg or is it a windows problem?
