PSN Linked Account Micro Trans Shop Bugged/Not Loading

Hi Devs/Staff/Community,

I just realised when i access the Micro Transaction Shop In PoE 2 whilst being logged in Via PSN Account its NOT LOADING AT ALL..

"Points" "Packs" "Featured Tab - Early Access Supporter Pack Option"..

When i click on the tabs and/or little section for Supporter Packs it takes me to Blank Screen with the PlayStation Store logo at the bottom left and a "Loading" with a circle spinning bottom right.. (I let it go for 1h 30mins Page/screens did NOT Load..)

For all you PS Gamers of PoE2 remeber last weekend? PS had that outage for 2 days.. well in Australia it was nearly 2 days more like 30 hours downtime where we couldnt do anything.. I think THAT "DRAMA" we all experienced has caused the accounts linked to our PSN to GGG PoE2 to lose Sync..

1. I cant see PoE2 linked to my PS Profile

2. Prior to that "PS Drama" i was able to purchase and buy from the Micro Shop and those tabs loaded.. Devs/Staff you can check my transaction records..

Even Now as i write this post im watching the "Points" Tab blank with loading and spinning and background noise from game haha..

Is anyone elseexperiencing these "Shannanigans"? As word.. i Wrote an email and talked to PS Support to sort this out because it was all Good before that stulid "PSN crash"..

Could explain why my purchase for the $150 Ad on via PS Store hasnt registered with GGG staff and their systems.. cos its like for real its like my account is linked but its in Limbo..

Btw Im in Australia maybe its just us Oceania Region experiencing this drama..

This was happening for me long time before the PSN outage, microtransaction ingame shop doesnt load, and when i purchased points directly through the PS App, the money was taken from my bank account and none of the points were seen in game. Contacted support but no response, been more then 3 weeks. Disrespectful AF, i advise all of you PS players to not purchase anything in this game at least until this "bug" is fixed. Will save you a lot of headache

Same issue, points bought in PlayStation store don't show up in game. The ingame microtransactions page doesn't load the packs or coins sections.


Edit: fixed it by downloading PoE 1 and opening the microtransactions store ingame, the coin balance appeared and reloading PoE2 the coins were available to use. The pack and coin sections of the shop still don't load though.

try "restore license" in the ps5 home while app is selected.

Same issue here.
I hope they change that quickly

Restoring license does not work for me.

Same happened to me 3 days ago, bought 200 and 100 Gold and only 20 showed up, I wrote support and got a reply today, a reply that was not very satisfying because on my original mail I already posted my username and some character names, only to get asked to verify username and character names again before they can help, so 3 more days for the next reply and this is hopefully solved.

I purchased 100 coins from the PSN shop last night around 9p on 2/16. I can see the transaction in playstation shop however coins never showed up in my account as of 12p on 2/17. When will GGG fix this?
