I have the same issue. I emailed them 2 days ago about it, I got an immediate response and they asked for my account name and character names but it's been radio silence after that. Still haven't gotten my points.

I refunded my points via PlayStation store then re bought them in the in-game PoE 2 micro transaction store and that worked perfectly fine. Took about 10 minutes to get the refund authorized using PS Stores live chat support.
