Path of Exile 2 - 0.2.0 Teaser Thread

We need performance optimization on consoles. Endgame is literally 20fps right now. Minions are almost unplayable. Some maps have 25-30fps even without any mobs on the screen. This is one of the most horrible optimization game on the consoles right now.

Hilarious tease-ups.
- In a game where armor is in dire need of rework, a unique item obliges us to renounce the most important armor piece.
- In a game where the warrior is the slowest, clunkiest class, gets reduced AS treatment.

Do you think these two would get our blood up, seriously?

Hammer could be good if you removed greed shrine from the game, I find it serves no purpose anyway. I love the designs good work art team.

I find it frustrating and kind of sad that the resources are spent on making items that are barely ever used in PoE1 come back to PoE2 but with even less potential for use by the players. They even get 3d models so they look cool in-game. However noone sane would use these for anything but a gimmick(maybe a skin transfer if that will be a thing in PoE2 as it was in PoE1). I understand your design is to have the rares be better, but these are so much worse with crippling drawbacks. Are they build enabling? weeeeeell the shrine one might be suportive of a shrine-theme but come on.. as a weapon it will be replaced so fast that it probably won't see any use when shrines actually become a theme: in maps

Bringer is sort of "iconic" I guess. It had a niche use for newer players as a way to bypass the need for a 5-6 link back in the days when it was a lot harder to get ahold of that in PoE1. It quickly became quite obsolete. Now it reenters in an already obsolete state.

I don't get it. Is is just the nostalgia?

I want to like PoE2, but this makes me feel a bit lost tbh.

Now if we could have a single line that teases real updates together with these, you could have something of a 0.2.0 hype going on here. After almost 3 months without important updates (sorry for not caring much about 4 new towers), feeding us with smallest spoon possible feels more like an insult to injury.
