You, and GGG for that matter, must be confused.
You can't aim to have a slow pace and add timed content like Breach and Delirium.

There's nothing amazing about PoE2's vision.

You probably better know what the game should look like in terms of development? So: Breach, I must spawn a lot of mobs at once, and not as it was at 0.1.0 - and they changed it in 0.2.0....
Delirium is an old mechanic from the old Poee 1 league - and it will be processed completely in the future, I bring the words of Jonathan, Alexander and other game developers.


Maybe I don't, maybe I do. You don't know what I know and I won't bother to tell you.

The "it will be processed in the future" is not a good thing in development because it causes issues while implementing fixes.
It's always better to get it right from the start and not to add things just because/show content and then fix them because they are not correct.

But hey, what do I know, right?
if they want a slower more calculated gameplay they could start by removing the archaic magic find affix from the game. This not only doesnt encourage build diversity but leans more towards zoom zoom glass cannon builds. You cant say you want the game played one way then still have old arpg mechanics that are MADE to be played the other. MF is an old stat as has no place in modern aprgs anyway, esp if they are pushing so hard for their "new" type of gameplay.
Hmm after all this nerfs and the bad reports i will wait to start and first see if it is possible to have fun, anyway the nerfs...
at least that is fun - i dont know if the the game is...?
I will def test the new feel of the game.
Also its an early access so i kind of favor them experimenting a lot with mechanics and metas and these characters don't matter at all if the game progress by this.
I m also not strictly against a slow paced really hard arpg but in my opinion Path of Exile will not really work well with it. While they could make the Character Combos and rotation interesting and also the Bosses design is already quite interesting which could fit well i think the big issue is this really massive itemization.You just have way to many options and crafting is complex and u need tons of stuff from all corners around. So you need a rushed build which can farm efficient.
If the quality of items would be way higher ,the itemization slim, maybe quests which lead u to slow challanges and have enought rewards to craft this would work way better but this would not be PoE anymore.

They legit just killed any interest and excitement their game once had. Nerfing everything in to the ground is a sign of devs not being capable of actually balancing a game. This is nothing new. Making the same mistakes as other dead companies. Rip path of exile 2. You were fun until they decided to kill you entirely.
