+1 second to sunder and rolling slam? Are you serious? self casting sunder you pretty much have to pray you dont get killed before actually getting the attack done. This +1 second attack time is RIDICULOUS.


Read it again. It was +1.4 seconds so this is a buff...

With these patch notes, I'm very encouraged to see that you're SERIOUS about "creating meaningful combat." I totally get that you're going to let people get to a "broken" level when they're at the top end of end-game....that's only fair, and feels like a proper reward for the long journey of a character. But to have super low-level characters during act 1 to 2 of the campaign already exploding entire mobs in 0.5 seconds? Nah.

This is a REALLY positive direction, and I hope to continue to see balance changes in the future that encourages a PROPER skill/power ramp-up during the campaign portion of the game.


This logic will only apply when GGG gets rid of zerging mobs. It's supposed to go both ways if you want "meaningful combat"

Disappointed by the patch notes and vision. Games are meant to be fun, games CAN definitely be fun whilst being hard.

Looking at all these nerfs across the board, it feels like GGG wants the game to be punishing instead of hard.

That being said, I agree the broken builds needed nerfing, but nerfing everything into oblivion, everything having to have a downside, a boring passive tree (compared to poe1) and unique items of which the majority will go straight into the trashcan. Is not the type of cookie I enjoy eating.

I will sit this one out and wait for 3.26 sigh..
There's definitely some good changes, and some okay/so-so ones, but by god [Removed by Support]. [Removed by Support]

I hope we're all wrong, and/or you fix the things you broke much faster than it takes to get a relatively simple support issue responded to/resolved.

That spark + eldritch battery + stormweaver tree nerf combo, with the jewel socket nerf on top, was the most childish and petty set of nerfs i've ever seen, it's as if a 10yo kid on a tantrum was randomly nerfing everything related to spark build, the eldritch battery nerf was enough to kill the build, now with the 2x mana cost the whole thing is completely untouchable.

Does the clown in charge of the "balancing" realize that the build is completely dead and that the only people who will experiencing it will be the wave of new players on 0.2? good luck with that player retention.
