game crashes instantly upon loading (char stuck in temple of chaos)

character stuck in temple of chaos, game instantly crashes upon loading, cant access character now sigh

tried, all gfx vulkan dx12 etc no difference


help, cant play now

I am having the same problem but I am stuck in Keth

same problem. my new character is stuck. cant load that one character at ogham farmlands. the game instant close when trying to load that one character into game. i can load other characters no problem.

i have the same problem but iam stucked in red vale loading screen. Tryed vulkan and direct 12, both didn´t helped. It still crashes.

And thats the 2nd Char i try, i deleted the first one but looks like even a new char doesn´t help. And i don´t want to start a 3rd one because i have the feeling sometimes in the feature it happen again.

Same issues but in the Cemetery of the Eternals, without AMD GPU (I have AMD CPU, Nvidia GPU):

Warrior: The character got stuck in the Cemetery of the Eternals and crashes during loading when trying to progress to the Tomb of the Consort.

Witch: The character is in the Cemetery of the Eternals. The game crashed when I opened a strongbox, and now I can't log in with this character because it crashes on the loading screen.

I solved the issue (or maybe there was a patch). I'm on the standalone version and ran PackCheck.exe (in the Path of Exile II folder) to fix some files. Now the game runs smoothly and even resolved my DX12 startup crash. Hope this helps everyone!

P.S. PackCheck.exe blue-screened my PC twice before it started working correctly!
