The sorc buffs mentioned do nothing to make the character playable again. Archmage is really the only good way to get damage up to high enough levels for endgame content. The 6 percent max mana cost that was added to it makes it totally unusable (mana drain with it is totally insane). Until that's fixed, or you buff the heck out of the damage on the individual sorc skills sorc is unplayable in endgame. The double mana cost on Eldritch Battery is also ridiculous and makes that skill useless, especially when combined with archmage. You can't nerf mana regen, slap on a massive additional mana cost, then double it, and expect a caster class to still be playable.
they are clueless

In video games, "exploiting" refers to players intentionally using bugs, glitches, or unintended game mechanics to gain an unfair advantage or bypass intended gameplay, which is generally considered cheating by the gaming community.
Here's a more detailed explanation:
Definition:
Exploiting involves taking advantage of flaws or unintended features in a game to achieve outcomes or actions that were not intended by the developers.
Examples:
Using a bug to duplicate items or gain unlimited resources.
Using a glitch to teleport to inaccessible areas or become invincible.
Manipulating game mechanics in an unintended way to make the game easier or gain an advantage.
Why it's considered cheating:
Exploits undermine the fairness and balance of the game, potentially ruining the experience for other players and diminishing the challenge for the exploiter.
Contrast with "glitches":
While "glitches" are often used to describe bugs or unexpected occurrences in a game, "exploiting" specifically refers to the intentional use of those glitches or bugs to gain an advantage.
Ai still has it's head on straight at least. Yall need to get a grip. Unban them already. Shit is pretty disgusting. Just sweep it under the rug and call it a day.
You walk into a Casino and find a way to rig a slots machine so that you get a discount each time you play. Somebody watches you do this and proceeds to do the same on another machine.
You get caught.
Did you cheat?

With Atlas Passives you created
With the Ritual Tablet you added
With the 0.20 information you kept secret
This incident occurred. Considering the economy, a ban is justified. But to put all the blame on the players is too much.
GGG、You are responsible for this. Please reflect on your actions.
I mean, ...... Didn't anyone in the company notice it?
Didn't you point it out?
You're lying, right?

No its more like the powerball put the winning numbers listed at the cash register. Then we arrested everyone who used them and ignore the fact powerball was the one who was the dumbass.

Sorceress Specific Changes
Arc now does a lightning explosion when it hits a shocked enemy but can no longer shock. It does not consume the shock.
Eye of Winter now gains bonus elemental damage when passing through other elemental orbs like Solar Orb, Orb of Storms or Frost Bomb.
Incinerate's exposure duration has been increased to 8 seconds from 2 seconds.
Mana Tempest can now be used with all spells, and has been changed to cause empowered spells to split to additional targets instead of chaining or forking.
Frostbolt explosion radius has been increased by 50%.
Ice Nova's freeze buildup has been increased significantly.
Frost Bomb exposure duration has been increased to 8 seconds from 5 seconds.
Mana remnants has been changed to work with other elemental ailments than just shock.
We are lowering the delay for Ignites spreading from sources such as the Wildfire support to 1 second from 2 seconds, but the radius has been decreased slightly.
What about fireball? It may look like "sorc's tornado shot" but the skill is useless in almost all scenarios. Too weak to be a single target skill (even with unleash + scattershot for aoe shotgun) and poe2 mob density is too low on most maps to be a mass clearing skill. You will find out that 80% secondary projectiles just miss and fly away to nowhere.
Fireballs create a lot of visual noise and may look powerful but do nothing. Maybe there are endgame gimmicks to make it work by delivering some on-hit payload with fireball or converting damage type, but these should come after defining the skill's base role for campaign playthrough.

+ 1 auction house in PoE 1 and PoE 2
with pricing feature and buyouts from offline players
the current 0.2 debacle made players short fused and its not fun at all currently trading. my guess is that it also won't magically disapear and revert to abetter. only get worse
