So quick question regarding the changes to charm charges?
what happens with existing belts with +2 that have an itemlvl that has "3" charms? will we get 5 charms? (its only explained unique belts can break the limit later on) will we get 3 charms still making the mod dead. |

The most frustrating part of the game for me and friends is the loot system. It is too heavily balanced around RNG. Meaning if you don't get lucky or spend an absurd amount farming to get orbs to gamble RNG you are put at a massive disadvantage.
I levelled a ED witch to endgame using a wand I got in act 1 at lvl 14. Nothing even remotely close dropped or was sold on the vendors or was crafted that was better than the wand I got at lvl 14. Playing any other class other than the spell classes, If I wasn't able to find a weapon with good rolls the entire campaign became a slog. I'm also not willing to spend the time disenchanting every single item I see for more orbs just to RNG roll on white items to try get what I need. Because 99 times out of 100 the RNG I get is terrible and bricks the item. Then when I do get super lucky and get a good weapon the game actually feels like an ARPG for a whole 5 levels and then I'm back to gambling on the random vendor for a chance to continue playing the game at a relatively fun pace. With a crafting system as RNG as this we should at the very least be able to chose 2/6 of the rolls on a weapon. Just so the hours I spend collecting junk to disenchant actually gives me something worthwhile for my effort. not just the 99th bricked crossbow or spear. POE's biggest problem is optimization, it's terrible, players need to keep editing settings until they find a less bad one, fix the game. Good PC settings still don't run the endgame smoothly.
