Also for all the ppl saying it's an account based game maybe on pc but it doesn't work like that on xbox. Also I would agree with ppl your gonna start seeing a flud of refunds. And as xbox players we only have to meet the xbox refund policies fyi

My brother both this game for me from his account. I play it on my account and i am the only user as he does not like this game at all.
This rule just made people pay again for the access. Please introduce some metric to remove bots but allow real people to play the game. I have invested some money in the shop and now I am basically without the ability to use it. Please give me the game access back. |

Understand the need to combat bots, but this feels like a super temporary and half thought out band aid solution. What's the plan when the game is launched and actually free?
This gives the vibe the game won't ever actually be F2P like PoE1. On top of that this appears to effectively kill couch co-op. |

Is it temporary or what? my girlfriend cant login now, you do it out of nowhere, no warning. xbox game share works everywhere if you have problems with it then dont sell the game on xbox network ffs. Also why no way for verification real accounts? thank you very much

How is this not a violation of your agreement with Microsoft and the Xbox platform?
All games purchased on the platform can be shared so long as the second account is playing on an Xbox set as the home Xbox. My wife and I both paid for early access and our two sons can play ALL of our purchased titles because their Xboxes are our home Xboxes. It has worked like this for a decade. It is an advertised feature of Xbox Live. We have 100s of games in our library and this is the first time I have seen account blocking utilized to disable this key feature of the platform. The accusation that utilizing this feature is a nefarious act requiring the locking out of accounts is pretty outrageous. Again both my wife and I purchased early access to a F2P game with the expectation that it would function the way it did, and it did for months but now you've tanked 100s of hours of my son's time. Will their accounts retain all their items and progress when/if this issue is resolved? |

I am not sharing poe2 access with anyone, but still since 0.2f patchI am blocked.
I bought a key on steam and Xbox, but I prefer to play on console. Now I can't... Who made such stupid decision and why is it executed so bad. Really, gamedev nowadays is so f greedy that it is beyond good manners... |

" It is a violation and that's why I got my refund by talking to Microsoft support. And if they didn't give me the refund I would use the law to get it. This decision is absurd, sharing an account is not a crime, it is a tool available and permitted by Microsoft, there is even a family subscription. This attitude makes no sense at all, I lost more than 60 hours of gameplay this season alone, I bought 200 coins for chest tabs and then I lost my access.
