HC Campaign Is PoE2’s Crown Jewel

It’s not the endgame. It’s not the skill tree. And it’s definitely not the drop rates.

The best part of PoE2 is the HC Campaign.

If you’re bored or fed up with the drop rate in the endgame, roll a char Hardcore.
Stop being a crybaby and just do it.

Why play tutorial over and over? I learned what i need on the first playtrough.
I'm happy for everyone who enjoys that playstyle but to me it doesn't appeal at all.

lol calling the campaign a tutorial
I think you don't realize that the main audience and playerbase of both this game and PoE 1 play the objectively best league: SC Trade. The numbers prove that, by far the most people play on Softcore. Most SC players hate the very idea of losing a character and 20 hours of investment into that character to a random oneshot, which is why they will never touch HC with a 50m long stick and why they just play SC.

Also why would I want to play a slog of a campaign over and over and on HC? I'd rather go do other more fun chores.
Sam, at one point in his life, hated green eggs and ham.

Do you have a source for these numbers? Not trying to be antagonistic, genuinely curious.

Why would a random player have a source for that. No. But it's just an assumption based on how the sc economy is vs hc. Way less people play on hc so divines don't jump up so fast in price, stuff is affordable but also sometimes there's barely anyone to trade with and people have a hard time finding the items they want. Some stuff is cheap, sure its nice but that also shows you that its a small playerbase driving that economy.

Meanwhile SC Trade just has 10,000+ listings of some common items like maps, its obvious that the majority of players are there lol, I don't even think all the players in every SSF and HC version of the league combined come close to being even 30% of the total SC Trade player number.

Ok so you're basing your argument on number of listings on sc vs HC. Since there are no listings on ssf then I'll have to dismiss your argument based on lack of evidence.

Who needs evidence for this lol, its obvious the most people play on SC Trade. Its the most popular mode. That's just common knowledge.
