Some folk need evidence For everything. Even if they take a dump, they invite a group of scholars to verify it and make sure its real. Only then it can be flushed.

You can use the ladders, for example Phrecia (ofc, that's an approximation, only GGG could know 100%, and that's not worth the cost).

Number of characters that reached level 100 (Phrecia) :

- SC : 14 098 (95%)

Each ladder has up to 15k characters, fun facts :

- If you reach level 3 in HC SSF, you jump straight to rank 14 060

- You need to be lvl 99 and 49% to enter SC ladder.



Now PoE2, thanks to ninja, but not sure how they cut their numbers.
I'll choose to measure characters lvl 90 (yes, cuz I can)

Number of characters that reached level 90 (Down of the hunt) :

- SC : 51 303 (91%)
- HC : 1 303 (2%)
- SSF(btw) SC : 3 574 (6%)
- SSF(btw) HC : 346 (1%)

TOTAL : 56 526 (100%)

Fun facts :
- You can enter HC SSF ninja only by creating a character. It starts at level 1 (HC SSF go stonk now, gogogo)
- level 54 is all it takes for SSF ninja ladder
- HC starts at 43.
- lvl 79 and lower are not represented at all on SC ninja.
- 53% of 80+ characters in SC are using Lightning spear.


Damn, wish we had more data, that was more fun than PoE2 itself.
